Republican Jeff Beatty is already running. Ogonowski lost 51-45 three months ago in a special election against a candidate that many accounts suggested ran a very mediocre campaign in one of Massachusetts' more conservative districts. How Ogonowski thinks he could fare better statewide against the Kerry machine, your guess is as good as mine.
